Hello! 
I have had idea to paint a woodpecker and I was looking for some interesting photo. And I have found it!! :) This painting was special, I decided to make it little bigger than origin because of the bird – it would be little to little in my size of miniature. I also spent quite a while on detailing trunks and looking for proper gray tones of it. You can judge the final effect by yourself :)
